Information we process

Please understand these boundaries before submitting a form

Submitted by you

Contact, company and project information

This may include your name, company, email, phone, website, country or region, target market, requested service, message, product summary and any files or links you choose to provide.

Technical data

Submission and security records

Form processing may record an IP address, browser or device User-Agent, referring page, landing path and campaign parameters for security, abuse prevention, attribution and communication context.

Analytics & cookies

Google Analytics (off by default)

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand page usage, with IP anonymization and Google Consent Mode enabled. Analytics-storage cookies default to "denied" until you consent, and no advertising cookies are set. This processing is governed by Google's privacy policy. You can refuse or clear cookies in your browser.

Purposes

Response, assessment and service preparation

We use information only to respond, assess project fit, manage files and communication records, protect website and form security and improve service processes. The website forms include no marketing-subscription option; submissions are not used for mass marketing, and we do not require a subscription to respond to an inquiry. We do not sell personal information submitted through the website.

Providers

Hosting, storage and notifications

We may use website hosting, database, file storage, security and email-notification providers. They may process information in Canada, the United States or other jurisdictions and may be subject to local law.

Live chat

Third-party live chat (HeroDash)

Some pages of this website use HeroDash (herodash.ai), a third-party live-chat tool, to provide real-time messaging. When enabled, HeroDash may set cookies in your browser and collect chat content, IP address, browser information and page-view data to provide and maintain the chat session. This processing is governed by HeroDash's own privacy policy. If you prefer not to use it, you can choose not to start a chat and contact us at info@ccbonline.ca instead.

Disclosure

Project materials are not shared by default

We do not disclose submissions to unrelated third parties unless you consent, disclosure is needed to provide a service you requested, or law requires it. We confirm the information boundary before involving local resources or partners.

Retention and security

Kept as reasonably needed

We retain information only as reasonably needed for inquiries, project communication, legal records and security. No internet transmission or electronic storage is absolutely secure. Do not upload highly sensitive trade secrets, identity documents or tightly regulated data before an NDA or formal agreement is in place.

Your request

Access, correction or deletion

Email info@ccbonline.ca to request access, correction or deletion. We respond subject to applicable law, legitimate retention obligations and identity verification.

Applicable frameworks

Context and location matter

Canadian private-sector obligations may arise under PIPEDA or substantially similar provincial laws. U.S. obligations may arise under state law, sector rules and the FTC enforcement framework. Applicability depends on the business, location and processing activity.
